Quiet Afternoon: Ivan Foo

Silence is rare, and precious, and difficult to enter into. Ivan Foo will offer a programme of music for Baroque flute, interspersed with readings, including poems by W. H . Davies, David Whyte, and prose from Trappist Monk and theologian Thomas Merton, and Catholic priest and Benedictine Monk John Main.

Ivan Foo is a clavichordist and Baroque flautist. In his professional life he is a consultant, conducting internal and forensic audits, with over 25 years experience in the public sector
